The first step is for us to have a free call. This is a chance for us to learn a bit about each other and to see if we would like to work together.
After deciding to move forward, we’ll schedule our first session and I’ll write up an agreement for us to sign, outlining the scope of our work, fees, etc...
Some project clients just want a few hours of help with a particular task, while others (people who are moving) require a longer-term arrangement. It totally depends on the client and your needs, goals, and priorities.
For life transition coaching, I typically recommend starting with a commitment of 3 sessions. While you are free to stop at any time, this length gives us time to get more familiar with your aspirations, challenges, and patterns. This initial period also allows time for you to start trying out new ways of thinking and being between sessions.

Coaching and therapy can have a good amount of overlap, but the training and orientation are quite different. Please click here for more information. If I feel a client would be better served by a therapist, we will discuss this and I will make a referral.

I work both in-person and online via Zoom. It depends on the type of coaching you’re seeking - and where you live.

To remind you of our appointments, I will text or email you the day before we are to meet. Please confirm when you get my message. That said, I know that life happens. Please give me 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. I hold time for you, so if you notify me less than 24 hours ahead, you’ll be responsible for the full hourly rate.
